Together, we combine technical expertise, global procurement and extensive industry experience to deliver integrated solutions for the plastics industry.

Management combines extensive hands-on experience in industrial manufacturing and production with sound technical and business expertise. Following studies in mechanical engineering and plastics technology and an MBA focused on management and innovation, the professional path began in the automotive industry, with a focus on injection moulding, material development and innovation. This was followed by many years of international responsibility in global process development, building a dependable network of machine builders, component suppliers, material producers and technology partners.

Our international sourcing activities are supported by an experienced procurement specialist based in Asia. Responsibilities include identifying and developing suitable suppliers, technical communication, project coordination and logistics, including export documentation and customs clearance. This local presence enables short communication channels and efficient collaboration with selected manufacturers.

Our team is complemented by extensive expertise in the development, analysis and optimisation of polymer materials. This supports customers in selecting suitable materials, optimising formulations and solving demanding materials-engineering challenges. The team also includes experienced European business development with a technical background in extrusion dies and international sales.
